Further information

The initial one hour session is an exploratory session to discuss what issues you want to bring and what you need from therapy and whether that matches with what I can offer. It's a two way process for us both to judge if we're the best combination to work together. If we agree that we are then we shall book some more sessions. Sessions are usually weekly to begin with and become fortnightly as we progress. Sessions continue for as long as you like and are not time limited. Some clients attend for a few weeks, some a few months and some a few years - you decide.

I work individually with each client and will work creatively together if that is what you like. I'm a Humanistic counsellor and when I return to face to face work after Covid I am open to working with clay, sand, objects, drawings, time lines and memory jars if we agree it will help our therapeutic goals. I have received Dream Training and enjoy working with your dreams.
